A Word From the President

The time has come in America where there cannot be division amongst our populace. The common American people, meaning those who do not have hundreds of thousands of dollars of income every year, are struggling to make it by, being criticized every day by corporate leaders, while those corporate leaders are doing less work than the same people that they chastise. Our leaders in governments around the nation and world are turning a blind eye to problems, being extremely apathetic to the needs and wants of their constituencies. All the while, many of those corporate leaders work hand in hand with the leaders in governments to get the most work out of the common person while paying them the least that they can, being extremely greedy unto the point of criminality. American leaders are sending our jobs to foreign nations, allowing the deconstruction of the American working class. Then they lie to us, saying that goods are cheaper because of the cheap foreign labor and production materials. The real reason that American production jobs are sent overseas is because many corporations want excessive profits. Yes, even in a free market, there is a such thing as an "excessive profit". When a company is making millions per year, but decides to close their American operation in search of cheaper labor overseas so that they can make even more millions, it becomes treasonous and criminal. If jobs were kept in America, prices of goods may increase some, but inflation would not occur in high levels if corporate leaders and owners stopped being greedy and paid their employees a living American wage where the common American could be prosperous and achieve the American Dream.

Some may call this "protectionism" or "isolationism", but I call it "Constitutionalism". The United States Constitution must be preserved. We are allowing too many people to tread upon it, many of them being unauthorized to have any say whatsoever in regards to domestic policy issues. Our borders are not secure. Security measures, like the implementation of advanced technologies, have not been put in place on a large scale. Extremist irreligious libertines are turning our society towards hardline Communism, while extremist Neoconservatives are turning our nation into a Fascist nation. Moderates and Libertarians are left outside of the system, while Authoritarians in both major parties
are encouraged to lead this nation. It is time for a new direction- the direction that leads us home, back to the United States Constitution.

Why are American citizens struggling?

In a nation that is supposed to be the most generous and richest nation in the world, there are thousands and thousands of people who do not have jobs and many more who work and do not get paid enough to keep up with the American standard of living.

Many people have a dependence on government or other agencies to supply their help. But others are trying, sometimes working at more than one job, to earn a good income for their families. Companies and governments must begin to recognize the good efforts of those who play by the rules.

Empower your citizens with knowledge! The Council of Twelve wants to help you.

We must encourage people in our communities to stop abusing drugs and alcohol.

There are many problems facing Americans today. Unemployment, low pay, neighborhood crime, gang activity, racism, stereotyping, war, government corruption, corporate greed, and the promotion of negative behaviors by corporations and media- to name a few. All of the above cause stress to those affected by those situations.

Usually, the resulting stress causes people to resort to unhealthy forms of escapism. When people cannot cope with the stresses of society, they seek other outlets to make them feel better, such as drugs and alcohol.

Unfortunately, the cycle repeats itself, because when people become addicted to drugs and alcohol, they begin to act in a violent way toward others, causing their communities to decay. Many join gangs to earn money selling drugs and other illegal items because they feel they cannot earn enough at a legitimate job. Others get so strung out that they become a danger to themselves and others- even when driving on the road while intoxicated. Some become homicidal or suicidal.

We must begin to love one another and take care of each other in our communities, so that regardless of what happens in the world around us, we will remain strong and prosperous in the face of adversity.
